Mckell is lucky to have a great grandpa who gets to join us on this Veterans Day program. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. His service picture is in the top left corner of the eagle picture. We love Grandpa Ropelato!!!

~Veteran's Day Program~
One of my favorite programs our elementary does is a veterans day program for all of the veterans. It always makes me teary eyed hearing the 6th grade sing songs of patriotism and seeing them pay tribute to those men and women in the crowd who have served our country. During one of the songs, they had the veterans all stand while the audience clapped for them. Tear jerker for sure!
