We had New Years at our house this year. It was a lot of fun! We had some families from the neighborhood over for dinner, games, and fireworks. It was a GREAT way to ring in the new year! With all that Dave has been going through lately, I think we all needed a fun night.
We played our traditional games, the candy bar game and the quarters game. Dallin won the quarters game, which was a nail biter. The smile on his face made me glad he won. It came down to him and Chris. Chris lost with a 3, Dallin had a 2. It was a very intense game.
When it hit New Years, we ran outside for fireworks. Gary brought some shot gun fireworks (not sure that is what they were called) for us to shoot in the air. The kids thought this was GREAT!
